Assistant Levels

All of our assistants have had backgrounds checks as well as excellent references. They are professional, responsible, and friendly.

Standard

Qualities:

Elite

  • perform administrative tasks and research projects efficiently

Super Elite

Qualities:

  • standard and elite qualities
  • solve problems independently
  • anticipate client needs
  • make decisions on client’s behalf
  • experience with household management

 

Examples of Super Elite Tasks:

  • standard and elite tasks
  • interact with others on the client’s behalf
  • manage schedules
  • work well with executives and those with incredibly full lives
  • assist with weddings and other events
  • organize spaces and complex projects

Project Managers

Giving your assistant access to a Project Manager can increase productivity, improve working relationships, and save you time. Managers can be used as needed or be regularly scheduled to check on progress.

Qualities:

  • perfect for highly sensitive or complicated tasks
  • organize projects
  • manage lower level assistants and household staff
  • delegate and oversee progress or handle the details themselves.
